Do you ship worldwide and how much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We charge a flat rate of $3.95 / £2.95 for domestic shipments in the USA and UK. For all international orders (outside of the USA and UK) we charge £7.95.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all orders over $29 / £20.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our fulfillment centres in the United States and the United Kingdom.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 3pm (GMT) or 1pm (MST). Please note that we do not process orders on the weekend.
*Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
United States: 1-3 working days by USPS First Class Package
United Kingdom: 2-3 working days by Standard Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked 48
Ireland: 3-5 working days by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
Worldwide: 3-5 working days by FedEx International Priority

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email providing you with a tracking number. Please check your junk/spam folders if it has not been received.

What if my order takes longer than expected?
If one week has passed since your shipping confirmation please contact us for further support. We can contact the courier on your behalf to further investigate the issue.
My tracking says the order is delivered but I haven’t received my shipment?
We recommend you double check all safe places, with your neighbours, at concierge/reception, or with flatmates/family to locate your parcel. You may have a delivery note from the courier with further information. If this is not the case, do not worry, tracking errors happen and it’s best to contact the local delivery office directly to confirm if they have your parcel. Please allow 48hrs for redelivery or an update. If you have still not received your parcel please contact us by email: email@example.com.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
I have made a mistake on my order, can I cancel it or amend it?
If you have made a mistake on your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will try to amend your details, however it is not always possible to achieve this.
