Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express card payments. We also accept PayPal. For a faster and more secure checkout we also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
Yes we currently accept GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, DKK, HKD, JPY, NZD. There is a dropdown menu at the top of our homepage that will allow allow you to make your selection.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 1 hour after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
*Please note that due to timezone differences, or availability of our customer support, your order may ship before we can contact our warehouse. In this instance you will need to return your item to action your cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
We charge £2.95/$3.95 as a flat rate. All shipments aim to deliver in 1-3 working days via Standard Tracked or USPS First Class Package.
Shipping is charged as above unless we have a Free Shipping offer running.
On average, all orders will arrive in 1-3 working days after dispatch. We will try to process all orders placed by 3pm on the same/next working day.

If one week has passed since your shipping confirmation please contact us for further support. We can contact the courier on your behalf to further investigate the issue.

We recommend you double check all safe places, with your neighbours, at concierge/reception, or with flatmates/family to locate your parcel. You may have a delivery note from the courier with further information. If this is not the case, do not worry, tracking errors happen and it’s best to contact the local delivery office directly to confirm if they have your parcel.
We ship from our fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Our cut-off times to ship your order same-day are 1pm GMT for UK and 1pm MST for US.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Thanks to DHL Express and FedEx International Priority, shipments are typically delivered in 1-3 working days.

Help with Snoring
Snoring is very common in children and adults. It comes from your tongue, mouth, throat, or airways in your nose vibrating as you breathe. It happens because these parts of your jaw and mouth relax and narrow whilst you’re asleep.
Snoring will disrupt you and your partner’s quality of sleep, leading to daytime fatigue, irritability and a feeling of frustration. It’s common to see increased stress at work and poorer performance due to an inability to concentrate, focus and stay alert. Food choices can also be affected and it has been shown that weight problems can occur, alongside a higher chance of mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. There are many further health problems and increased risks with snoring and poor sleep.
The mouth guard is designed to reposition the lower jaw, preventing it from dropping back during sleep. This keeps your airway free from obstruction and stops the vibrations from your mouth, throat and tongue from causing snoring. Too Long: We recommend using scissors to cut and trim your mouth guard down to size before placing into hot water for fitting.
Too Bulky: Unfortunately to provide a solution that lasts and can hold your lower jaw in position a thicker material is required. However, it’s extremely important to create deep impressions as this makes a huge difference in providing a natural fit so the device doesn’t feel as bulky.
We use a softer EVA material that’s designed to provide better comfort than harder materials commonly used. However, it’s important that you spend time acclimatising to the device. You’ll notice more saliva and a sensation to want to remove the mouth guard for the first couple of nights. The benefits will be immediate and we hope this spurs you on to continue!
The most common problem here is creating a deep enough impressions. The guard should hold to your upper teeth once fitted. We recommend that you watch our “How To Fit” video so that you get an optimal fit during the ‘boil and bite’ process. This will give a natural and comfortable hold that will ensure proper fit so that the mouth guard doesn’t fall out while you sleep. Thanks to the ability to remould the mouth guard you can always try once more to get the best fit.
The durability and longevity of our mouth guards vary greatly depending on the user’s grinding and clenching habits and also whether the guard is cleaned and maintained properly. Our mouth guard is made from a high-quality and durable EVA material that will last at least 12-months.

Help with Teeth Grinding
Research and professionals suggest that the root cause of teeth grinding and jaw clenching is related to higher levels of stress, anger or frustration, anxiety, and even an increase in concentration.
The primary concern with teeth grinding is the damage it can do to your teeth. It’s common to suffer from sensitive teeth, which can escalate to flattened, cracked and broken teeth due to the pressure applied from bruxism. This leads to expensive dental work down the road. Further to teeth problems, grinding and clenching can lead to gum recession, headaches, migraines, and jaw pain including TMJ.
Clear signs include teeth and jaw pain when waking up in the morning, popping of the jaw, teeth fracture lines, teeth cracking or breakage, tooth sensitivity, or most commonly your partner may hear you grinding or clenching during the night. A dentist can also tell if you grind or clench your teeth.
They do not. However, the mouth guard will act as a protective barrier to prevent the damages associated with teeth grinding and jaw clenching. They can prevent expensive dental work and can relieve the symptoms associated with continuous bruxism.
Mouth guards for teeth grinding and clenching range from 1-6mm in thickness based on the severity of the condition. 1-2mm mouth guards are made for very light use and are prone to more regular replacement. Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address. We're confident our products will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our customer support: support@thesleepguard.co. We will respond within 48 hours to assist with the process.
At this time we do not have the facility to create pre-paid returns labels. You will be responsible for returning your item to our warehouse. Our returns form provides further information on the process and guidelines to make a return.
Yes we are able to accept and receive returns from anywhere in the world. However, we are not able to refund international delivery fees.
If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via email on support@thesleepguard.co. You will be asked to send photos of the fault to speed up the process. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date.
We cannot provide support on purchases made outside of our official website. Please contact the retailer directly for further assistance.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, you may select to use a code or the applied offer (if there is one) but you cannot combine both.
If you have received a discount code you must ensure that you input this before you checkout to be eligible for the discount. If the transaction is completed without the code being applied we are unable to add it to your order after the transaction has been taken place.
Please be aware if you return part of your order when using a “buy one get one x”, “2 for £x”, or product upsell offer, this will void the original discount. The item(s) kept will be chargeable at full price and the refund amount will be given for the difference.
