I bought this mask after my previous slip silk mask had seen better days. I would say the quality of the sleep guard mask is comparable to slip at a lower price.The mask blocks the light, its elastic strap so fits all sizes.The silk is super smooth but stays in place all night.The mask comes with a storage box which is handy for travel.
