Honestly I’m so happy I found this product grinding my teeth and become a bad habit for me and I couldn’t afford dentist fees. This saved me £££ and actually works
Great fit once you have mould it properly. I struggled at the beginning with shaping it first time (didn't use tongue as per instruction and water in bowl cooled down while trying to work out how to do it).I had second attempt with freshly warm/boiled water and it worked.Doesn't change shape after night sleep, it goes white when you take it out but when brushed become clear again.Used only one size so far.

This has helped me sleep so much better and also helped my overall lifestyle. I used to wake up with headaches and jaw pain from clenching however this has stopped all that. Easy to mould for the perfect fit. I love it and couldn’t sleep without it now!
These are amazing they come in two sizes so you can give the other size to someone else. Amazing quality and much better price then the dentist charge
