I have been clenching my teeth for so long and have tried so many different nightguards, including an expensive one from the dentist that I eventually wore down. From the first night I used Clench No More, I stopped clenching my teeth. The design allows my jaw to relax. I thought for sure I would find a way to start clenching again, but it has been months, and I haven’t. The headaches, jaw pain, neck pain, all of that is gone. I honestly can’t believe it works so well. It was a bit awkward at first and sometimes my mouth opens slightly (basically just my lips parting), but I’ve gotten used to it and find it comfortable now. Something else I noticed from the start is that it trained me to keep my jaw relaxed throughout the day as well (without the appliance), which is huge. I used to clench a lot during the day. I love this product (I bought the small size) and highly recommend!
I was very surprised how good this item was and the quality of the plastic makes for a very comfortable wear. Follow the instructions exactly - have ice for setting of shape - then bing. You get 4 guard templates in the box, so lifetime supply!
